We had a wonderful experience with our Realtor, Misty Weaver. She showed us multiple homes in the Winchester and Lake Holiday area. She was friendly, and professional. She answered all our questions and I felt confident that a knowledgable professional was guiding us through the process of buying our first home. We were new to the area, so we had a lot of questions. Misty always responded to our calls and texts promptly. She helped us find a new home, (which we love) quickly and easily. We were fortunate to work with realtor Misty Weaver with the Dream Weaver Team to sell our Lake Holiday house in the Winchester, VA area. We have worked with many real estate agents over the years and can honestly say Misty was exceptional. She was extremely responsive and efficient, as well as very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Her team also leveraged a substantial marketing strategy to get our listing maximum exposure. I have no doubt that her efforts helped sell our home quickly and at a great price. Our only regret is that we moved across the country and couldn't use her as our Buying agent as well. Misty helped us build our dream lake cottage. She is a phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable realtor. We had to do a construction loan, which we never did before and it is totally different from a traditional home loan, and Misty was very patient with us. She walked us through every step of the process and was ALWAYS available to answer the million questions at any time of the day. We love her and she is family to us now. We are very blessed that Misty was on our path, she made the process smoother and we cannot thank her enough for being by our side. Serendipity of life brought me together with Misty Weaver. From the beginning we formed a quick connection when we realized we were both born in the same small town in another state.
